DVM is a specialist vehicle transport company, our aim is to transport your vehicle as safely and efficiently as possible whilst at the same time keeping within the law and making the whole process as easy and hassle free as possible for our customers

Methods of Transportation

Our transport team can help you decide which is the best method of transport for your vehicle, this can be driven on trade plates,single 3.5T flat back,double transporter or on one of our large 7.5T singles for heavier vehicles, large vans,4×4 etc. Our transport team can quote you for several different options and also advise you of any legal issues you may not be aware of such as max vehicle weights on certain transporters or if your vehicle can legally be trade plated.

Insurance

Whilst your vehicle is in our care you can be assured that is is fully covered by our insurance at all times. For trade plate movements your vehicle is covered by our fully comprehensive road risk policy.

For transported vehicles this comes under our goods in transit insurance which again fully insures your vehicle in the unlikely event our transporter is involved in a accident and of course both policies insures your vehicle for fire or theft.

Recovery

Although we are predominantely a transport company we can also undertake recovery of broken down or crashed vehicles as all our transporters are equipped with heavy duty winches.

Storage

If your vehicle needs to be stored overnight or for longer periods we have a secure indoor compound which is covered by cctv for your peace of mind, see the the “secure indoor storage” tab on the left for more details.
